About Us
Monterra is a gorgeous single-family home community located in the heart of Cooper City between Stirling Road, University Drive, Pine Island Road and Sheridan Street.
It has a state of the art Clubhouse with a fitness center, billiard room, kid's playroom and Olympic size pool with kids splash pad.
There are 3 playgrounds throughout the community for your enjoyment and a jog/walking/biking trail.
